Due to the nature of this product, we do not offer returns, or refunds. If the product is delivered in an unusable condition, please email shopserenitybyhan@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged product, and the possibility of a replacement will be discussed.

All products will be shipped from Peachtree Corners, Georgia. Shipping cost is calculated through WIX, and will be included in your final cost at checkout.

• Use requires an open flame. Always burn within sight, and do not leave unattended.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep wick trimmed 1/4 inch above wax.
• Keep out of reach of children and animals.
